YMCA 20th Anniversary Mayor's Proclamation

This proclamation will celebrate 20 years of hard work, dedication, and positive impact the Platte County Community Center continues to have on the community. The mayor will formally present the proclamation and share a few words about the community center's significance and the work ahead.
